On behalf of the Nashua Teachers' Union and the Scholarship Committee, I am please to congratulate the winners of the 2022 High School and Post-Secondary Scholarships. Â Best wishes to all our seniors and students who have graduated on their future endeavors. I would like to thank the members of the Scholarship Committee for their time and effort when it comes to this work.

The 2022 Linda Horan NH AFL-CIO Scholarship is now available.
All applications must be received by 4:00pm on June 20, 2022.

Please note: this scholarship requires verification that you are a Union member from anyone on the NTU Board of Directors. Please contact the Union Office if you have questions or need your scholarship application verified.Â

Work Day
Work Day
Each unit has a specific work day, usually set by your school principal. The work day may vary by your position, number of hours you were hired to work, and which school you work. You are expected to be working during those work hours unless you are on FMLA leave, using some sort of time off, or it's not a work day for you. Please be mindful of what you're posting on social media or where you're going during school hours. You are entitled to use your personal/sick time, etc. as outlined in your respective contract. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Union Office.

Vacancies on the Board of Directors
Vacancies on the Board of Directors
The following positions are vacant on the Board of Directors. Vacancies are either a one or two year term (see date next to each position for when the term expires). The Board of Directors meetings monthly to discuss Union related issues, actions, and other business as needed. Board members also help disseminate information from the Union Office, meet with administration for questions about contracts, and assist members with questions, concerns and when meeting with administration. Members of the Board Directors are supported by the Grievance Chairs and the Executive Board. If you have any questions, or are interested in one of the vacant positions, please contact Adam (president@nashuatu.org).Â
