Last week, I hosted listening sessions in partnership with AFT-NH, H.E.A.L, and Rights and Democracy. We had candid conversations about what's going well and what's a challenge. We also talked about things that we would like to see continue and things that need to change. The participants and specific comments will remain anonymous, but the overall discussion and content will be shared with Dr. Andrade. The purpose of these conversations is to get a sense of things and work towards positive changes in our district as well as to work with H.E.A.L and Rights and Democracy to build community coalitions with like-minded people to support students and Nashua schools.
Part of this effort is to also gather data. I know, I'm going to ask you to do another survey. Other locals are doing similar things around the country. We'll be able to see our local data, to be shared with you and Central Office, and it will also be compiled with the other locals participating in this process. To take this survey, please click here.Â
